Training Emphasis:

• Intensive Technical Training, Cognitive Training, Constraints-based training, Vision-Training, speed of play in possession, Small-Sided Themed Games, Full-Sided Games, and Goalkeeper Training

Player Groups:

• Players will be trained in groups of approximately 12 players based on age and ability. It is our intention to train players in a environment where they are challenged but not overwhelmed, have fun, but are learning new technical and tactical concepts at each training session. Players will develop quickly and return to their teams as impact players in the fall.
